Gale Filburn was my contact for four years whilst working at both the Radisson Blu Hotel in Durham and also the Park Inn by Radisson hotel in York.  Gale comes from a hotel background herself so her knowledge of Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance along with her knowledge of hotel operations made her the ideal person to offer advice and support to our business. Gale was very consistent and thorough in her approach to auditing our properties and presented her findings and recommendations in a very clear, easy to understand format.

Audit reports were always returned to us within a couple of days and Gale was always happy to further explain and offer assistance to us.  Gale is also a very competent trainer, able to keep the interest levels and understanding high when training a diverse mix of people.  I would definitely recommend Gale.
